Here at The Sweet Life Kitchen we are trying to provide those that would like a meal that is ready to eat for pick up that is nutritious, delicious and different.
The menu will change weekly and we will be adding more days in the future. We are a fully functional commercial kitchen ready to provide ready to eat meals for same day consumption. We are only currently open most Mondays and Tuesdays while we get established.
Our meals will be made on that day and will be ready for pickup. We have a location located at 8621 South Highland Drive in the Willow Creek shopping center in Sandy (east of Key Bank)

Our desire is to be able to make a great meal for those that do not have time to cook, have difficulty cooking, wanting to try something different or just a place for variety of meals.

Below is the menu for each week. We need to have orders in by at least the day before so that we can prepare for the following day's orders.

Pasticho is a delicious version of lasagna that is very popular in Venezuela. Its origins come from the Mediterranean, where a similar dish called pastitsio is made with tubular pasta and lots of creamy béchamel sauce.
In Venezuela, pasticho is prepared with regular lasagna noodles layered alternately with a tomato-based meat sauce and béchamel sauce, with cheese and ham interspersed within the layers. It requires an extra cooking step, but it's well worth it.
